20-29166 RR52, Water Valley, AB T0M 2E0. Water Valley is about an hour northwest of Calgary, in Mountain View County. The property is 40 acres with a lake.

The gate code is not published here. After you reserve, we email it to the address on the booking. Close the gate behind you. One vehicle per stay unless we have agreed otherwise.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m.. Checkout is 11:00 a.m.. The calendar starts tomorrow.

There is no minimum stay. Fourteen nights is the longest you can book online. Weeknights are $349. Fridays, Saturdays, and Alberta long weekends are $429. Cleaning is $49 once per stay.

The canvas tent has a heated king bed, linens, a BBQ, and a fire table. Trails on the property are lit with solar lights. It sleeps two.

A camping tent for kids is $149 and brings the stay to four guests. A pet is $25. Wifi is $15 if you want it. The property is off-grid without that package.

Groceries, drinking water, a flashlight, and a warmer layer than you think you need. The temperature drops after sunset even in July.

The canvas tent is already made up. The kids camping tent is an extra shelter, so bring bedding for the children if you add it.

No parties, no extra guests beyond the sleep count, no fireworks. Quiet hours start at 10 p.m. Smoke away from the canvas.

A dog is welcome with the $25 pet fee, added at checkout. Pack out garbage. Leave the lake and the trails the way you found them.

Seven days or more before check-in: full refund, and you can cancel from your reservation page. Inside a week and at least 48 hours out: half refund.

Inside 48 hours the stay is held. Email mav@maverco.ca if something urgent changed.
